Why do you need a minimum of 3 months for this service?

Building a customer experience is a marathon, not a sprint. It takes time to build, review results and optimise.

What email flows can I expect to be covered in this service?

You will get key flows: welcome nurture sequence and abandoned cart. You’ll also get browser abandonment, post order thank you, back in stock, win-back, sunset and other flows suitable for your business, e.g. replenishment.

Can I keep working with you after 3 months?

Yes. Once I’ve completed this 3-month service we can discuss your regular email program and also what I can do to keeping your flows optimised and performing at their peak.

What email platforms do you work in?

I mostly work in Klaviyo but I also support businesses that use Active Campaign and MailerLite. The process and pricing is the same.

What don’t you do?

I don’t set up your email account in your chosen platform. You need to have this fully set up and integrated with your Shopify store before I can begin work.
