What type of businesses would benefit from this service?

This service is perfect for growing ecommerce stores earning less than $30k/month in revenue, and with little or no established email marketing system.

What email platforms do you work in?

I mostly work in Klaviyo but I also support businesses that use Active Campaign and MailerLite. The process and pricing is the same.

Why do I need these email flows for my ecommerce business?

You need a Welcome Flow because when people sign up, they’re interested in what you’ve got to say… now! (not in a weeks’ time or your next newsletter). The next move is yours… you can either welcome them with open arms or ignore them completely. Hint: the first one gets you more customers.

You need an Abandoned Cart flow to easily help shoppers complete their order in just one-click. When you make life easier for people, they remember it!

You need a Post Order/Thank You flow because receiving an order is not the end game, it’s the beginning of a new type of relationship. This is your chance to make your customers feel loved and appreciated… and when they are, they’re more likely to leave you a glowing review and buy from you again.

Can you tailor this package to my needs?

Yes. If you have some of these flows set up already and want me to look at different ones instead I can do that to the value of the package.

How do you work?

You hand over your ideal customer profile, images and any content that you’ve created to engage your audience (we will also have a 1:1 chat to help me understand your business).

I take everything and provide you with a strategy and structure for each flow before getting to work on writing, creating and building each sequence in Klaviyo. You get the completed flows.

For transactional email content (e.g. for your Shopify store), I hand over the completed drafts for you to upload in Shopify.

How long does it take?

From the time I have all of the information, please allow a minimum of 4 weeks from brief/invoice to completion and delivery. This timeline assumes you have integrations set up, e.g. Shopify to Klaviyo.

What don’t you do?

I don’t set up your email account in your chosen platform. You need to have this fully set up and integrated with your Shopify store before I can begin work.
